Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventful Creations, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events from corporate meetings to weddings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and creativity, ensuring events run smoothly and exceed client expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of various events with attention to detail.
  • Create event itineraries and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Monitor event timelines and confirm milestones are met.
  • Cultivate relationships with venues, suppliers, and sponsors.
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.
  • Implement creative and engaging event themes.
  • Assist in the recruitment and management of event staff.
  • Analyze competitor events to enhance our offerings.
  • Stay connected with industry contacts to stay ahead of trends.
  • Document all processes for future reference and team training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business Administration
  • A Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale event planning
