Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Banquet Cook to join our team. In this role, you'll be preparing and cooking large quantities of food for a variety of banquets and events. Your expertise will help ensure that every dish meets our high culinary standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes for high-volume events while managing multiple orders.
  • Follow detailed recipes to ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback to chefs.
  • Keep kitchen equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff during service to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in menu design based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes.
  • Keep track of food costs to stay within budget constraints.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary training or certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a banquet or high-volume kitchen
