Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with clients and contractors. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring that our designs are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on building codes and safety regulations applicable to projects.
• Work closely with sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for each project phase.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in design charrettes and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure that all projects are executed within established deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in marketing and business development efforts through design competitions and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural project management or related field
