Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our enamel coating processes are executed with precision. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the machines used to apply protective coatings. This position is vital for maintaining our high-quality standards and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for different coating tasks based on material specifications
• Engage in continuous monitoring of machine performance and production output
• Conduct routine quality inspections to uphold product standards
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure machine reliability
• Assist in developing best practices for coating processes
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations regarding coating materials

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or certification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with specific types of enamel coatings is advantageous
