Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist dedicated to ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance to colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.
• Lead compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Report on compliance metrics to management and recommend improvements.
• Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development of corrective action plans for identified compliance issues.
• Facilitate training programs for staff regarding compliance requirements.
• Maintain effective working relationships with regulators and compliance organizations.
• Document and track compliance training completions and effectiveness.
• Advise on the design and implementation of internal controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant professional certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in compliance or regulatory affairs
