Responsibilities

• Operate letterpress machinery for various print jobs with precision.
• Oversee the setup of plates and inks to ensure top quality.
• Inspect end products for consistency and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with designers and production staff.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the working area.
• Assist in the training of new team members on machine operation.
• Keep records of production output and materials used.
• Stay updated with new technologies and techniques in printing.
• Solve production issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in printing or pre-press roles.

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Design Software: Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
