We are searching for a talented Mathematician to join our gaming team. The ideal candidate will develop and design mathematical models that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with game designers to ensure our algorithms align with gameplay.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and refine mathematical models for our gaming systems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance overall game features.
• Use statistical tools to analyze player engagement data and improve game mechanics.
• Guide and mentor junior team members in algorithm development.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align game features with market trends.
• Research and apply modern methods in data science to improve decision-making.
• Engage in routine reviews of game performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Develop prototypes for new gaming algorithms and concepts.
• Collaborate closely with IT to ensure smooth implementation of algorithms.
• Prepare and deliver presentations regarding mathematical strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• PhD in Mathematics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in gaming industry preferred.
