Responsibilities

• Oversee beer inventory, ensuring high turnover and quality.
• Implement FIFO practices to maintain product freshness.
• Record and track temperature logs consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beer coolers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Support customer service efforts by handling issues promptly.
• Assist bartenders in inventory management during peak hours.
• Utilize POS systems for inventory management.
• Perform periodic checks to ensure product quality.
• Follow all safety and health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handlers Certification (preferred)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Languages
