• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe workplace.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of structures and fixtures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Effectively communicate issues or concerns with site management.
• Keep accurate records of tasks completed and materials used.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of construction methods
• Familiarity with hand and power tools

Soft Skills

• Strong teamwork skills
• Good communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• OSHA certification: Knowledge of safety regulations in construction.
• First Aid/CPR certification: Ability to provide basic first aid and CPR in emergencies.
