Fish and Game Club Manager

Job Description

As the Fish and Game Club Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of club activities, manage staff and volunteers, and uphold our commitment to conservation. This role will involve financial oversight, event planning, and enriching member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans to fulfill the club’s mission and objectives.
• Coordinate club activities and ensure they reflect the interests of the members.
• Foster partnerships with local conservation organizations and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote club events and activities.
• Help manage communications with club members, ensuring transparency and engagement.
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Evaluate and report on program results to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee inventory and manage supplies for club activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member interaction.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Board.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree in Wildlife Biology is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in wildlife management or non-profit leadership
