Patch Driller

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Patch Driller with a strong background in oil and gas drilling operations. As a key member of our team, you will operate and maintain drilling equipment, while also ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring drilling progress, collaborating with team members, and analyzing data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced drilling systems.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve drilling techniques.
• Monitor environmental conditions and impact during drilling.
• Analyze drilling performance data and suggest improvements.
• Train junior staff on best practices and safety measures.
• Participate in emergency response drills.
• Work under the supervision of the Drilling Supervisor to ensure project timelines are met.
• Support project management with timely reporting.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Drilling or Petroleum Engineering qualifications are preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in drilling operations.
