Job Description

We need a detail-oriented Plating Machine Setter to join our team. This position involves adjusting and monitoring machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the quality of the finished product in our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor carbon paper coating machines efficiently.
• Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal output.
• Conduct quality checks and inspect finished goods for defects.
• Maintain daily production records and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document maintenance and repair activities thoroughly.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
• Support the onboarding process for new operators.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating industrial machinery

Technical Skills

• Experience with Plating Machines
• Manufacturing Software Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent
