• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are accounted for.
• Utilize project management tools to keep track of multiple events.
• Provide exceptional customer service during events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Conduct site visits to venues to assess suitability for events.
• Train junior staff on event planning procedures and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning or management
