Job Description

The Merchant Patroller is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance of merchants with the company's policies and procedures. This role involves investigating and addressing potential violations or fraudulent activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain documentation for merchant compliance processes.
  • Identify trends in compliance issues and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in compliance training and education programs.
  • Assist in the development of compliance-related metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in fraud detection preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in fraud detection or risk management in e-commerce is preferred.
