Job Description

As a Registration Representative, you will be at the forefront of patient interaction, responsible for managing the registration processes effectively. You will assist clients every step of the way, ensuring a seamless registration experience while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with the registration process and maintain records accurately.
  • Provide answers to customer inquiries regarding registration requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Train new staff members to uphold service standards.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations when managing patient information.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes.
  • Prepare reports on registration activities for management review.
  • Monitor daily registration performance metrics and address issues.
  • Facilitate workshops to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of any updates that affect the registration process.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, healthcare experience preferred.
