Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Policy Officer responsible for crafting and implementing policies aligned with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication of policy guidance. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate policy effectiveness and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute policy frameworks to support organizational objectives.

• Review compliance practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assess policies against current legislation to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Create and manage official policy documentation and guidance materials.
• Maintain awareness of changes in regulations affecting policy development.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance policy understanding among employees.
• Act as a resource and respond to policy-related inquiries from team members.
• Draft analytical reports on policy impact and strategic recommendations.
• Build relationships with key external stakeholders to influence policy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
• Master's degree in Public Administration preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in policy development or related field
