Job Description

As a Plastic Shaper, you will operate machinery to shape and form plastic materials into various products based on specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring that high-quality plastic components are produced efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineering teams for process improvements and efficiency.
  • Train new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies for production.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in the production process.
  • Assist in developing training manuals and SOPs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in plastic molding or metal forging
