Job Description
As a Plastic Shaper, you will operate machinery to shape and form plastic materials into various products based on specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring that high-quality plastic components are produced efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with engineering teams for process improvements and efficiency.
Train new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and supplies for production.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in the production process.
Assist in developing training manuals and SOPs.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology is a plus
Experience
2-4 years of hands-on experience in plastic molding or metal forging
