Job Description

As a Civil Rights Investigator at Diversity Ally Corp., you'll conduct thorough investigations into allegations of civil rights violations. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws while collaborating with various stakeholders to promote justice and equality.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and submit detailed reports documenting investigation procedures, findings, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with legal experts to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate public forums and discussions to promote civil rights awareness and advocacy.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the investigation process and outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up investigations as necessary to ensure compliance with recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a focus on civil rights
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, preferably in civil rights
