Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and workshops to promote awareness and engagement in diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate diversity into organizational strategies.
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics to senior management.
  • Advise on policies and practices surrounding diversity and inclusivity.
  • Facilitate employee resource groups to support diverse communities within the workforce.
