Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Coffee Blender to join our team at Specialty Coffee Roasters. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and blending unique coffee flavors and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. This is an essential position in our coffee production process, where you'll work collaboratively with our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute blending recipes for new coffee products.
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation protocols in the blending area.
• Work with inventory management to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust blending operations as needed.
• Conduct taste tests and adjust blends based on feedback.
• Lead efforts in product innovation to meet market trends.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certifications are a plus

Experience

• Experience as a barista or in coffee roasting is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
