Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to oversee various HR functions in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various departments.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
  • Develop programs for employee training and career development.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Interface with management to assess and address HR needs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations
