Job Description

As a Roller Leveler Operator at Manufacturing Solutions Corp., you will play a critical role in ensuring that metal and plastic materials are properly leveled and prepared for production. Your expertise in operating roller leveler machines is vital to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for troubleshooting machine malfunctions, adjusting settings, and performing routine maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze evidence to prepare for hearings.
  • Advise management on compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in resolving grievances through mediation.
  • Draft detailed reports documenting proceedings.
  • Engage in outreach to promote understanding of labor relations.
  • Conduct workshops on effective communication for conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop conflict management strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of mediation practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
  • Certification in mediation or arbitration is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in dispute resolution.
