Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, diagnosing and resolving service issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolutions to customer service requests.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and maintain service level agreements.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Advise customers on equipment usage and care.
  • Prepare and submit reports on service activities to management.
  • Actively engage in team meetings and discussions to improve service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4 years of hands-on experience in the field.
Technical Skills
  • HVAC systems knowledge
  • Ability to read technical diagrams

Certifications
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Forklift Operator Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
