Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining efficient production lines while ensuring quality packaging.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for packaging tasks and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and report any discrepancies.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team leads to optimize operations.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Document production flow and any irregularities encountered.
• Help to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced operators.
• Communicate with quality control staff when issues are identified.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
