Job Description

As a Structural Engineer with our team, you will engage in various projects from inception through to completion, working diligently to apply your engineering expertise to create safe and efficient structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation regarding structural issues.
• Investigate construction failures and provide solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress.
• Create budgets and forecasts for project costs.
• Utilize engineering principles to conduct risk assessments.
• Document project progress and prepare regular updates.
• Lead structural innovation initiatives to enhance project quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the field, preferably with large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Geotechnical Engineering: Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundations.
• Experience with seismic design principles: Skilled in designing structures for earthquake resistance.
