Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Command and Control Center Specialist to join our dynamic Aerospace Control And Warning Systems team. In this critical role, you will monitor and manage aerospace operations, ensuring the effectiveness of our control center. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing radar data, coordinating with external stakeholders, and responding to real-time events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the command and control functions within the Operations Center.
• Utilize surveillance systems to track aerospace activities effectively.
• Engage with external agencies to ensure coordinated responses during incidents.
• Implement solutions to technical issues impacting operational workflows.
• Keep meticulous logs of all operational activities for accountability.
• Ensure emergency protocols are practiced and understood by all team members.
• Assist in the training of new employees on operational procedures.
• Promote best practices to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Contribute to safety assessments and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with aerospace systems or control centers.
