The Production Planner at Global Manufacturing Solutions Inc. is at the forefront of our operational strategy. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining production schedules that align with customer demand and resource availability. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize manufacturing schedules to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Work collaboratively with logistics teams to streamline shipments.
• Ensure accuracy in production reporting and documentation.
• Use production planning software for tracking and managing schedules.
• Monitor compliance with manufacturing best practices.
• Assist in training new team members on software and processes.
• Formulate contingency plans for production disruptions.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Conduct reviews of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in production or logistics management

• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages
