  • Maintain a central lease database for the organization.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease-related matters.
  • Participate in strategic planning for portfolio management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Analytical Skills Strong capability in analyzing lease data and trends.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Lease Administration Software Experience with software platforms like Yardi or CoStar.
  • Attention to Detail Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities Proven ability to logically address challenges.
  • Certified Lease Administrator (CLA)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Professional Designation: Certification as a Professional Property Manager is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
