We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage supply chain operations to drive performance.
• Create and implement effective supply chain strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience within supply chain or logistics environments
