Join our team as a Stationary Engineer and Boiler Operator, responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of our facility's systems. Candidates with a background in engineering or facilities management will excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Develop technical documents and maintenance procedures for building systems.
• Assist in managing the facility's budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with service contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using building automation systems.
• Provide training to staff on building operations and emergency procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and report them to management.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in facilities management or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial or residential construction and maintenance
