Job Description

As a Sawing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and operating sawing machines to shape wood materials accurately according to specifications. You will ensure quality and adherence to safety standards while maintaining a clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by setting up blades and configurations.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Conduct safety checks and follow all safety protocols.
• Document production activities and report any issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Maintenance of machinery
• CAD/CAM software knowledge

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Communication

Advantageous

• Experience in metal fabrication or similar industry: Hands-on experience in a related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machine control software: Familiarity with software used for operating sawing machinery.
