Job Description

Join our vibrant Chicago office as an IT Support Specialist. This position focuses on delivering exceptional IT support to our staff, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our workplace technology is efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and hardware.
  • Support the implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
