Job Description

As a Demographer, you will study population dynamics, analyze demographic data, and forecast future population growth. This role involves using statistical tools and software to interpret data and enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular checks.
  • Publish research findings in academic journals and industry publications.
  • Guide decision-makers by providing actionable demographic insights.
  • Assist in grant proposals and funding applications based on demographic research.
  • Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Demography, Statistics, Sociology, or a related field
  • PhD in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in demography or a similar role
