Fundraising Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead our efforts in securing essential financial support for our programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in developing fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and managing grant proposals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams.
• Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring success.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partner organizations.
• Research potential grants and sponsorships and prepare high-quality applications and reports.
• Work alongside the executive director to shape the organization’s financial strategy.
• Evaluate fundraising results and develop plans for continuous improvement.
• Engage with the community to raise awareness and support for the organization.
• Manage budgets related to fundraising activities and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Provide leadership in building a strong fundraising culture within the organization.
• Foster a community of support among existing donors through stewardship and recognition.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nonprofit Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in fundraising leadership roles

Certifications

• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
