Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Telehealth Coordinator to manage our telehealth programs effectively. The ideal candidate will oversee patient scheduling, education, and technical support for telehealth services, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize health informatics to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure that all telehealth services adhere to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Integrate new telehealth technologies and platforms to improve service efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on telehealth service metrics and outcomes for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in telehealth operations or similar roles.
