Job Description

As a Binder and Wrapper Packer at Dynamic Packaging Solutions, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging and labeling products in a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packaging materials and assemble packages according to specifications.
• Label packages correctly to reflect destination and product details.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products before shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the packaging area to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate with the supervisor about production progress and any challenges faced.
• Follow instructions for packing procedures and guidelines without error.
• Help develop new packing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or similar qualification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated packaging systems
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean techniques to enhance packaging efficiency.
