Job Description

As a Sanitation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across diverse settings such as food production facilities, healthcare institutions, and industrial complexes. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations while ensuring optimal hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily cleaning objectives while adhering to sanitation protocols.
  • Safely handle cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Perform inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
  • Document cleaning tasks and supply needs.
  • Assist in training new staff on cleaning procedures and safety measures.
  • Work closely with operational teams to maintain sanitation in all sectors.
  • Provide feedback to improve sanitation processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in sanitation or related field is preferred
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of chemical handling
  • Familiarity with cleaning machinery

Advantageous

  • Bilingual proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience: Experience leading a team is a plus.
