Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a passion for patient advocacy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students.
• Assist with the implementation of new healthcare protocols and technologies.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families coping with illness.
• Document all nursing interventions and update patient information promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital or similar setting

• Medication Administration
• Emergency Response

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS Certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Telehealth Experience: Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies.
• Experience in Case Management: Background in case management for patient populations.
