Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our supportive team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored therapeutic services to individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of clinicians to address complex cases.
  • Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and technologies.
  • Conduct outreach and education efforts within the community.
  • Engage clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
  • Facilitate referrals to additional services as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health counseling
