The Wellhead Pumper will play a vital role in operating and maintaining equipment at our oilfield plant, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor the daily activities of the plant to ensure effective operations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pumping units and associated equipment.
Report any irregularities and implement corrective actions quickly.
Support fellow operators and technicians in achieving operational objectives.
Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Document daily production activities and equipment performance.
Actively participate in safety meetings and emergency drills.
Train new team members on equipment operation and safety practices.
Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
Assist in enhancing operational procedures for better productivity.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant technical certifications preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in oilfield operations or a related field.
