Job Description

The Wellhead Pumper will play a vital role in operating and maintaining equipment at our oilfield plant, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily activities of the plant to ensure effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pumping units and associated equipment.
• Report any irregularities and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Support fellow operators and technicians in achieving operational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Document daily production activities and equipment performance.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and emergency drills.
• Train new team members on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
• Assist in enhancing operational procedures for better productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in oilfield operations or a related field.

Languages
