Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform care decisions.
  • Manage medication administration and perform clinical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Document patient care activities in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in distress.
  • Coordinate discharge planning with patients and families.
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
  • Contribute to clinical research projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master's degree in Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience in hospital settings preferred
