Job Description

As a General and Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing our installation projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and deadlines. You will manage teams, resources, and budgets while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss project updates and address any issues.
  • Inspect installations and ensure they meet specifications and codes.
  • Analyze project costs and performance metrics for optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials needed for project execution.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new installation team members.
  • Implement safety training initiatives to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
