Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and analysis of user research activities.
  • Recruit participants for research studies using various channels.
  • Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback directly.

  • Effectively communicate research findings to the UX team and various stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and methods in user research.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing research tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field such as Psychology or UX Design.
Experience
  • Experience in conducting user interviews and surveys.
