Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate credit solutions.
• Craft tailored financial plans that meet individual client needs.
• Provide continuous education on financial literacy and personal finance management.
• Facilitate workshops or seminars to enhance client understanding of credit strategies.
• Manage and document all client interactions and their financial training outcomes.
• Work with partners and other professionals to provide comprehensive financial services.
• Utilize software tools to enhance financial planning and client communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in credit counseling or personal finance advisory

Languages
