Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute exploratory, manual, and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality from initial stages of development.
• Document testing processes and obtain stakeholder feedback.
• Track and manage testing metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA testing or software engineering

Technical Skills

• Selenium and JUnit
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of SQL: Proficient in writing SQL queries to validate backend data.
