Milk Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Milk Driver. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport milk products from the farm to the designated destinations while ensuring product quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products to various locations with a focus on efficiency.
• Ensure proper loading of products according to weight and safety standards.
• Maintain logs of delivery times and vehicle performance.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery services.
• Document any incidents or accidents and report them immediately.
• Assist with warehouse duties when necessary.
• Contribute to team meetings to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a milk driver or in a similar driving position is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker endorsement
• GPS Navigation Systems

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the dairy industry: Familiarity with local milk production farms and routes.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset.
