Job Description

As a Biofuels Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our biofuels manufacturing plant. You will ensure production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of biofuel production operations.
  • Ensure that production targets align with business goals and profitability.
  • Develop training programs for staff in production processes and safety.
  • Monitor production output, quality, and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for development.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate with external inspections and compliance checks.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Engage in strategic planning for future production initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a production management role in a manufacturing environment.
