Job Description

As our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy. You will guide our cybersecurity efforts, address vulnerabilities, and ensure that our information security practices align with our business goals and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's information security policies and procedures.
• Manage and enhance the security architecture framework.
• Identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Lead incident response and manage security breaches.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies.
• Provide recommendations to senior management regarding security best practices.
• Oversee training programs for employees on security awareness.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
