Job Description

The Keyseater Operator is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts. This role requires expertise in operating keyseating machines and maintaining precise tolerances while working closely with engineers and other operators. Your ability to read and interpret engineering drawings will directly impact our manufacturing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Setup keyseating machinery with various designs and components.
  • Measure and inspect produced parts for defects and quality assurance.
  • Select and change cutting tools as required for different machining operations.
  • Report and document any issues encountered during the machining process.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to improve machine setup and performance.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share insights and solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for process optimizations in the manufacturing workflow.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and machinery upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
