We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Indianapolis team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic treatment to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. You will work in a collaborative environment with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to establish patient treatment goals.
• Tailor intervention strategies to meet individual patient needs.
• Support patients in gaining mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Use evidence-based methods to deliver effective treatment.
• Conduct patient and family education sessions on recovery processes.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in the field.
• Engage in community outreach and education as required.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Certification in specialized therapy areas is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient settings preferred.

• Orthopedic Rehabilitation
• Neurological Rehabilitation

Certifications

• Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT)
• Certified Neurological Specialist (CNS)

Languages
